Ribes Arctica

This sparkling blackcurrant wine is the result of a collaboration between Arctic Winery in Sweden and Cold Hand Winery in Denmark. The wine is made from flavorful blackcurrants from Luleå in northern Sweden. The base wine is fermented at Arctic Winery, while it is bottle-fermented, aged for four years, and disgorged at Cold Hand Winery.

The wine is semi-dry, pleasantly fresh, and beautifully vinous with lovely blackcurrant notes. Enjoy it with game, mushroom dishes, cheeses, and charcuterie.
