Wine Tastings
Our wines need to be experienced – and so does our winery! Experience a Danish winery as we, with open arms and infectious enthusiasm, welcome adventure-seeking guests to our winery for wine tastings with extraordinary taste experiences.
At our wine tastings, you will sample the winery’s wines paired perfectly with food. You can either join us for a tasting with snacks, where the wines are paired with delicious “nibbles” that complement the wines excellently. Alternatively, you can enjoy a wine tasting with dinner, where the winery’s wines are paired with a perfectly composed 3-course dinner. The dinner is Nordic-inspired and carefully matched with the season’s best, relevant ingredients. A memorable gastronomic experience! During the tastings, there is a tour of the production hall, where we share insights about our production methods and what’s currently happening at the winery among the fragrant oak barrels.
Tastings take place on designated Fridays. For larger groups of 20 or more, we offer private events.
In conjunction with all wine tastings, there is the possibility to stay overnight at the winery for a limited number of people.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance by calling +45 21 64 27 65 or by emailing info@coldhandwinery.dk.
Allergens:
We are happy to accommodate allergies to the extent possible. Please inquire well in advance. Vegetarian and pescatarian menus are also available.
Location:
The winery’s event hall, a charmingly restored barn building, sets the scene. Dinner is served at long tables or round tables.
