Fortified wine
Modern fortified wines made from the best Danish fruits and berries. Taking inspiration from port and Madeira, we aim to produce rich, fruity, and sweet fortified wines from Danish apples, cherries, black currants, and blackberries. The fruit is spontaneously fermented and fortified with our own distilled Eau de Vie, then aged in used French oak barrels for over a year. These fortifiedwines combine the complexity of fermented wine with notes of oak, pure fruit sweetness, and a well-balanced acid profile.
