The wine is fresh and vibrant with a juicy cherry flavor, finished with a rich aftertaste and fine tannins. The aroma is strong with spicy cherry sauce, cinnamon, and cloves.
Enjoy it with berry desserts, chocolate, and cheese. Really good with risalamande!

Prunus Nigra is made following the port wine model and is a fortified wine enriched with the winery’s own burnt Eau de Vie. The cherry wine is aged for 24 months in used French oak barrels.
It does not lose flavor or character after opening and can be easily stored in the refrigerator.
