Cherry liqueur made from Danish Stevnsbær cherries. An incredibly delicious liqueur with high acidity, fine tannins, and a lovely marzipan aroma.
The color is dark and dense, and the scent has notes of crushed summer warmth, cherries, marzipan, and spices. The taste is full-bodied and velvety smooth with a perfect acidity balance from the cherries.
Recommended with blue cheeses and chocolate. Fantastic for risalamande!

The cherry liqueur has been aged for 12 months in French oak barrels previously used for cherry wine. Before this, the cherries had been macerated in our own burnt Eau de Vie for 6 months.
